Annick MacAskill, originally from London, Ontario, she now lives and writes in Halifax.

Annick's poems have appeared in journals such as Grain, Prism, Versal, Room, Lemon Hound, and The Fiddlehead; and she has been a finalist for numerous writing prizes, including the CBC Canada Writes Poetry Prize, the Ralph Gustafson Poetry Prize, and a Pushcart Prize.

Her debut collection, No Meeting Without Body, will be published by Gaspereau Press in April 2018!
